At Modezzia, we strive to deliver your premium fashion items as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. Currently, we do not ship to certain parts of Asia and some remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every Modezzia purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging should be included where possible
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Underwear
  • Swimwear
  • Final sale items marked as “non-returnable” in the product description

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your order number and return details
  2. Get Authorization: Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 1-2 business days
  3. Package Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) with all original tags and accessories
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our returns center at the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you are responsible for return shipping costs

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):

  • Refund Method: Issued to your original payment method
  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days after approval (timing depends on your financial institution)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

  • We’ll ship your replacement once the returned item is received and approved
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If your desired item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund or store credit
  • We cover shipping costs for exchange replacements via standard shipping

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Mark customs forms as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional duties
  • Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency fluctuations

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement or refund.
