Elbow-Sleeve Frill Blouse In Navy/White Polka Dot Silk Twill

A feminine, elbow-sleeve riff on our classic popover, trimmed with miniature ruffles at the collar, placket, and sleeves. It’s made up in a beautiful, dotted silk twill with a great texture to it. Speaking of texture… the frilled trim is intentionally unfinished, with a raw edge, so expect a little fraying over time.
